Three quarters of Czechs aged 18 to 65 have had their own experience with chatbots, voicebots or virtual assistants. Their impressions are rather positive, but also very diverse, which is due to large differences in the quality of processing of these artificial intelligence tools. Bad experiences are mainly related to the insufficient level of chatbots or voicebots and the lack of information on the background of these technologies is also problematic. This is according to a current survey of more than 1,000 Czechs by the technology company Enehano.
More young people have positive experiences
27% of Czechs surveyed consider their experience to be very good or at least mostly good, while 22% of respondents rate it as mostly bad or even very bad.

However, for further development, it is important that positive experiences with voicebots and chatbots prevail not only among the youngest generation, but also among the middle generation, i.e. those in their thirties and forties. This tells us that these tools have a future and as they improve, their use will also expand across the population,” describes Michal Peška, co-founder of Enehano, a company specializing in digitalization and automation in companies.
Bad solutions bring down the entire market
However, the quality of current solutions is significantly uneven. That is why a quarter of respondents said that their experiences with voicebots and chatbots are varied, i.e. alternately good and bad. The differences in the processing of voicebots and chatbots are constantly american companies in japan increasing. The most common bad experience is that the artificial intelligence did not understand people and did not understand at all what the person wanted to solve or do. The second most common problem is that the artificial intelligence actually only delayed people and then had to pass the request on to a live operator anyway.
“The solutions that are available now are dramatically more practical than they were a year ago. Modern solutions can maintain the context of the entire conversation, you can immediately switch from chat to voice conversation, and the AI assistant remembers everything again and the dialogue continues. There is no need to teach the bot the entire tree through which the conversation will develop. The bot decides in real time about the next step even in the case of unexpected situations,” adds Peška.
Bad solutions bring down the entire market

On the other hand, people almost never encounter bad experiences related to the misuse of information provided by AI. Similarly, cases where artificial intelligence is too complex and people do not know how to communicate with it are also rare.
