Jirka Karpíšek joined Enehan as a Senior Salesforce Architect a little over a year ago. In this interview, he shares what he enjoys about working as an architect, how he got to Salesforce, and what challenges await him in the coming months.
How did you get into IT? Are you a computer scientist by training?
Yes, I graduated in computer science. My journey into IT began as a project manager and business analyst in a company that was partly owned by Masaryk University. That was while I was still studying. Over time, I also started working as a developer and later, through various management positions, I got to architecture.
Why did you choose Salesforce? What do you enjoy chinese overseas canada database most about it?
I am not the typical Salesforce candidate. I joined AVG as an analyst on a team that worked with the platform. I originally specialized in custom development in .NET and I must admit that I was skeptical about Salesforce. I thought it would be better to develop my own application instead of using Salesforce. However, over time I came to appreciate its simplicity and flexibility. I realized that it is a very customizable and user-friendly platform. What I appreciate most is that I don’t have to worry about the technical details of deployment or database setup. There are also a lot of new features released regularly.
How long have you been working with him?
I have been working with Salesforce for about 10 years.
So you’ve tried different roles in IT. What made you setting up a company in japan become a Salesforce architect?
I got into architecture rather unplanned. At Avast, where I worked before, there was no department dealing with architecture. After my supervisor left, I had to take care of the whole process. I ended up becoming an architect due to the need to solve the situation that arose.
What types of projects appeal to you the most?
I enjoy watching the process of how something changes and develops over time.
Do you have a challenge ahead of you now?
Each of them has slightly different needs and processes, so I am looking for the best ways to customize FSC to really help in their daily work. It is complex, but at the same time quite interesting, because it gets me deeper not only into the Salesforce ecosystem, but also into the specifics of the financial sector.
What do you perceive as one of the most important skills thailand data needed to work in the IT field?
In the IT field, one of the most important skills is the ability to keep up with current trends and technologies. is what I like about Salesforce. This platform is constantly evolving and everyone has to gain new knowledge and keep up with current trends. An example is the transition to Lightning, which was a significant change that required developers to learn new technologies. So it is important to learn and keep up, because a lot of new things are happening in the IT field all the time.
