In Settings, enter “Sales Cloud Everywhere” in the Quick Find search box. Then click “Sales Cloud Everywhere.”
Find the “Use Salesforce Across the Web” setting and enable it to use the Sales Cloud Everywhere Chrome extension.
Disable the setting to prevent users from accessing the Sales Cloud Chrome Extension.
Tell your users to install the Sales Cloud Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.
Open the extension and enable Contextual Insights.
