Five years ago, I founded Enehano with the goal of building the number one Salesforce and digital transformation company in the Czech Republic from scratch. It seemed very ambitious to me, as well as making a turnover of 50 million crowns with a team of at least 50 consultants. We are currently waiting for more favorable travel conditions and believe that in October of this year we will celebrate our first five years with a mojito in hand on a Hawaiian beach.
Goals achieved, what next?
Today, there are more than eighty of us. In 2021, we chinese overseas british database exceeded the turnover of 100 million crowns for the first time, and this is a huge credit to our sales team. We transform the functioning of the largest companies in the Czech Republic, 30% of turnover comes from foreign projects, and we deploy solutions worldwide and in several time zones.
Thanks to very precise planning and forecasting, which allows us to make decisions based on real data, after five years we can say “we are a completely financially stable company”.

As a reward for a successful decade, another trip to exotic corporate venture capital in japan landscapes was offered. But with the belief that companies are the drivers of change and have great power to influence and inspire the environment around them, we decided differently. We are definitely not indifferent to the people and life in our surroundings. And thanks to financial stability, we can afford the commitment that is part of the vision:
“Within five years, we want to become the number one thailand data Salesforce in the Central European region, build a holding with several subsidiaries and exceed a turnover of 500 million CZK. At the same time, we are changing the world for the better by simplifying and automating routine work. We share our know-how and wealth with those who have not been so fortunate in life. As a company, we have committed to giving 1% of our turnover to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) every year.”
And since we don’t want any yachts or super sports cars, we decided to invest the money in the right direction. Therefore, if we manage to achieve a turnover of over half a billion crowns within 5 years, we will make a one-time contribution of 50 million crowns to charitable and meaningful activities as part of our CSR. We hope that this step will inspire other IT companies as well.
