A recent survey of more than 500 respondents showed that Czechs are interested in innovations in services related to digitalization or automation. Almost 80% of them would welcome at least some of the new solutions from the world. Naturally, younger people are most interested, almost 90% of people under the age of 26 would welcome one of the innovations. But the older generation is not far behind either. Even among people around 60, more than three-quarters of those surveyed would welcome at least one of the innovations.

Such positive results are also due to the fact that most companies have recently been using customer-oriented platforms in their digital transformation. The goal of innovations is often to improve the customer experience, and therefore customers usually feel the news in a good sense,

says Jiří Mach, CEO of Enehano Solutions.

Finances? Mainly order

Banks and other financial institutions and startups are the furthest along in digital transformation and automation. It is therefore not surprising that many innovations are related to finance.

We are currently helping banks mainly by improving the customer experience by building omnichannel contact centers. says Mach.

According to the survey, Czechs are currently most interested 5 frequent company establishment in japan  in merging all financial services into one solution , whether it is accounts, savings, insurance or investments in gold or shares. However, multibanking is not the only use of PSD2 and I am very much looking forward to additional services and simplification of processes for end customers of financial services,” describes Jiří Mach from Enehano Solutions.

Other services also aim primarily to make financial management clearer and simpler for people. In this regard, automation offers great potential. A fifth of people would appreciate automatic categorization of payments for a better overview of the budget. Women would be more interested in automatic distinction of expenses for food, housing or car than men.

Banks in the Czech Republic have been working intensively on automatic payment categorization for several years. Thanks to payment categorization, they can better understand the client’s current life situation and thus better target their marketing communication,

says Mach, adding: “Payment categorization is also used very intensively to assess a client’s risk score.
