Many people don’t know this, but I had the idea to set up Redator OnLine when I was still a freelance content producer. I started studying the area, the possibilities of getting my plan off the ground, and how my competitors operated. Before that, I was a technician at a company.

After 10 years as an entrepreneur, my vision and the lessons I learned has changed a lot. If I were to start a business from scratch today, I would follow the lessons below that I have learned over all these years:

Create a business plan

Strategic planning is essential. This way, you bosnia and herzegovina phone number data will know how to put into practice each action that has been thought of. Remember that it is important to plan your business in general: financial, administrative, marketing and sales.

Being organized is the main characteristic for being able to correctly plan your business.

Audience first, sell later

There is no point in trying to sell a product/service 3 reasons for missing b2b online marketing strategies without having an audience. It is normal for a new entrepreneur to think only about sales, but and the lessons I learned this is a mistake, as the business becomes shallow.

You need to be aware of your audience . After all, what do you have to offer your client to give you an audience? Produce good content! No one can take your audience away from you, your money could run out.

But if your customer is loyal to your brand, they will like your ideas, what you promote and selling will be the consequence of all this!

Focus on building a strong brand

Do you want a business or a brand? What’s the difference?

A business is something you do to make money. A brand is something you create and focus on turning it into something other than just a product or service . For example, Disney is a brand because it sells dreams! Therefore, it has an incredible audience!

Therefore, focus on having a strong brand that people can look up to. Show the quality it has.

Empower yourself as an entrepreneur

Just because you set up a business doesn’t mean you have to stop understanding the market you’re in. Taking courses, reading good books and participating in workshops will keep you up to date.

The world evolves in the blink of an eye, and with that, everything changes! Not seeking to evolve strategies and how to present your brand to and the lessons I learned the world means being seen as an outdated company. And this causes you to lose your audience.

Therefore, in addition to trying to be a good leader, always be up to date on what is happening in the market.

These are my tips on how to start a business and the lessons I learned from scratch. It’s not complicated at all, but it does require determination, discipline and persistence.
